Terms of service

The cost estimator shows a planning range based on typical Central Texas rates. It is not a bid, invoice, or promise of price. The amount you pay is the one confirmed on a written estimate after someone from J&M 75 looks at the property.

Scheduling depends on weather, materials, and the current route. Calling (254) 249-4406 is the fastest way to check same-week availability for your zip code.

Photos on this site illustrate the kinds of fence, landscape, deck, and washing work we perform. Your project is built to the scope we agree on, not to a photo on the page.

Service is offered in the Central Texas communities listed on the site. If you are outside that area, call and we will tell you whether we can take the job.
